Tuesday 11/12: Meet and Greet and the Inside Scoop

4:30 pm | Meet the crew! Jump into behind the scenes of building terrain parks and the finer details of building and operating a terrain park.

7:30 pm - 9:00pm | Feature Inspection. We’ll sort through the rail yard, cover rail maintenance and
storage practices, inspect the terrain, and discuss snow management.

Wednesday 11/13: Introduction to Building
4:30 pm | Starting our evening in class, we’ll cover on hill safety, building communication, freestyle
lingo, tool use and what it takes to design and set features.

5:30 pm - 9:00 pm | On hill: How to use a tool, how to set a feature, what to look out for while working
with machinery.

Thursday 11/14: Build Night
Build days will encompass a lot of sharing of knowledge, safety tactics, design and flow
ideas, pro tips etc. All the learning and discussing of how to set features, how to shape etc.

4:30 pm - 8:30 pm | Build in Mt Sima Park Part One
Setting features, building takeoffs and working around a snow cat!

8:30 pm - 9:00 pm | Check in and debrief at base

Friday 11/15: Build and Opening Night!
4:00 pm | Final touches at Mt Sima Park
More time on the rake and get practice on the tools!

4:30 pm | Park is Open!

8:00 pm - 9:00 pm | In class: Documentation, logs, measurements, training documents, checks,
community building/inclusion and any further questions/topics!

The terrain park world constantly shifting, one thing remains unchanged; the base concepts and
foundations of basic building, maintenance, safety and conceptualization remain the same. In this course we cover all the skills and information you need to conceptualize, build, and maintain
a terrain park.
